Rubber Roofing System
Rubber EPDM roofing has been used for roofs worldwide since the 1960s. Rubber membranes are used in EPDM roofing in order to cover flat surfaces. The elastomer is a rubbery material with all the physical properties needed for long-term performance.

Thank you Steve for suggesting the refurbishment where you replaced single glazing with double glazing, new sashes, new locks that blend in, burnt 100 years of paint off, draft proofed them to a high standard and even grafted on pieces of new wood and I could not see the “joins”.
